Take The I-74 Exit toward Indianpolis
Take Exit 19 (Elmore St./Spring Grove Ave.)
Merge onto Powers St.
Turn Left at Apple St and follow it until it ends at Chase Ave.
We are located at the intersection of Apple St. and Chase Ave.
Northern Cincinnati Area:
For your convenience, we have opened a new treatment center closer to our Forest Park and Springfield Township clients. This location is just off Exit 36 on I-275:

Take I-275 West to exit 36
Go Right toward Hamilton on Hamilton Ave.
Turn right at the first avalable business park entrance just past the interstate exit ramp.
The entrance to 11440 is located to the left.
OR (if you are close to the I-74 entrance from I-75)
Take I-74 W toward Indianpolis
Go east on I-275 to Exit 36.
Turn left onto Hamilton Ave. toward Hamilton
Turn right at the first avalable business park entrance just past the interstate exit ramp.
The entrance to 11440 is located to the left.
